The environmental monitoring station is a relatively comprehensive collection of monitoring instruments that can accommodate unused monitoring equipment. So what key points should we pay attention to when building an environmental monitoring station or an analysis hut? 1. Choose an installation location with a flat ground, no potholes, no roadblocks, and can be indoors or outdoors;
2. Most of the installation methods are floor-standing, and there are dedicated installation holes for fixing under the product. The specific parameters can be seen in the actual object or technical attachment atlas, etc.
3. There are many wiring methods for the analysis hut, and the common ones are cable trench wiring or hidden wiring. The specific wiring method can be designed according to the actual environment. At the same time, it is necessary to comply with relevant regulations and design, construction, installation and use in combination with the structural requirements of this hut
4. During the transportation and installation of the analysis hut, avoid large tilts, bumps or damage to the product. It is strictly forbidden to move it by prying, hammering, etc. Otherwise, it may affect the sealing performance of the product and make the product unusable.
5. The analysis room is equipped with air inlet and exhaust port. The user arranges the air inlet pipe according to the "gas pipeline layout diagram". The exhaust port is discharged on site or led to a safe area after passing through the fire damper. The user needs to provide an air source on site. The air source pressure is generally controlled at 0.4-0.8MPa, and the air source needs to be purified air. For example, instrument air or nitrogen can be selected. It is worth noting that: in a closed operating room, nitrogen should be used as a protective gas with caution. If nitrogen must be used as a protective gas, please pay attention to on-site ventilation and personal safety of operators.
6. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the pressure reducing valve to avoid high pressure rushing into the room (the pressure reducing valve has been adjusted at the factory).
