Recently, our company successfully delivered a super transport shelter to a certain unit. The super transport shelter of this project was independently developed, designed, manufactured, installed and debugged by our company. The super transport shelter is about 21m long, 2.5m wide and 2.8m high; the designed load-bearing capacity is ≥30t, and the uniform load on the bottom plate is ≥600kg/㎡.
Main technical parameters of the super transport shelter:
The super transport shelter can be used for the target object to move in and out horizontally and vertically (by hoisting).
Function of target object moving in and out horizontally:
A guide rail is set on the bottom plate of the shelter, and a load-bearing bracket is configured above the guide rail;
The target object is placed and fixed on the load-bearing bracket, and can move in and out horizontally.
Vertical entry and exit of the target object (by hoisting):
A top door that can be opened electrically is set on the top of the shelter;
16 aluminum alloy electric push rods (8 on each side) are used to control the opening/closing of the top door.
The inner side of the super transport cabin is equipped with a rock wool insulation layer, with a flame retardant grade of A and a heat transfer coefficient of ≤0.042W/m•K.
The super transport cabin is equipped with a 10KW-low noise-electric start-dual voltage 220V/380V generator, and a power interface, which can be powered by municipal electricity.
The super transport cabin is equipped with a 5P-cooling capacity of 12000W-applicable area of 60㎡ explosion-proof air conditioner to ensure that the temperature in the cabin does not exceed 30℃ and the humidity does not exceed 70%.
The super transport cabin is equipped with ISO standard corner fittings. The lower corner fittings can be connected to the transport vehicle, and the upper corner fittings can be connected to the crane's hoisting equipment.
The super transport cabin is equipped with fixing means to ensure that the transported items in the cabin are reliably fastened.
The super transport cabin meets the requirements of highway transportation above level 3.
